They refuse to open my account because I put in dispute with PayPal regarding the $14 un-authorized Charge. Skype still had my Original Payment of $30 but demanded personal information to re-open my account. I refuse to give out personal information and they refuse to re-open my account.I put a claim in for my original $30 and skype sent a notice that they will credit my PayPal Account. I will be adding to this post if I don't get my money back. Skype is really trying hard to get my personal information. The last email stated that in order to close my account they need my personal information . Can you believe that BS ? I am not answering the last email.
