I writing you to become a member to take some serious action on the DAY TRUCKS that go by my house (250 a day) everyday. I live on Regional Road 15. You already know the story about our roads not being able to handle the weight of these disconcerning DAY TRUCKS. I say the people turning a blind eye on this situation should live our lives, in our houses for a month. I'm sure things would then get done about our issues. Hello. I am a concerned home owner that lives on Regional Road #15 close to the bridge that has barriers on it due to the damage from the ore trucks. I also have major house damage..broken seals on windows, cracked foundation and some impressive cracks in the drywall in my house. (and plenty of broken dishes as they fall out of the cupboard) I am also a shift worker that has a hard time to sleep with the shaking of my house. I was also at that meeting in Blezzard Valley and was it not noted that the whole time we were in the meeting, not one single ore truck went by. My husband and I would be very interested in seeing what the mayor can come up with. We are not even going to bother to fix the house until this is resolved. P erhaps we should find out about the class action law suit about 15 to 20 years ago in Dowling when they had to fix the foundations there. This may be the route to go as our road is not on the list to get repaired this year. It is good to know that we are not the only ones suffering through this. Thank you for setting up this website. It gives me a place to vent.

We do have a problem with these trucks were we are 300 feet from the road and our house shakes every time an ORE truck goes by. we can just imagine what the houses close to the road must shake. There must be a solution soon before houses start to fall. Who will pay not the ORE trucks and definitely not the politicians. We will keep watching the web page for more info.
