Paint Shop Pro      problem - problem - problem

Recently I purchased 7 copies of Paint Shop Pro Ultimate. Corel had a special price,
so I ordered a copy for myself and my students that wanted a copy.
THE WORST SOFTWARE I EVER USED. This is not the old Corel PSP standard.
First it locks up my computer when I try to save a file. This is frustrating after an hour or so of work.

Then we get program not responding.

Now it wont even open. I get an error stating PSP has to close down and it does.

If you don't want this nightmare you know what to do, buy something else.
I have this software on Windows XP and Vista Same nightmare.

UPDATE
I spent over one hour on the phone with Corel and got the problem fixed. It as a corrupt file. Two weeks later I'm back to the same problem again.
Looking a replacement software program.
